I've noticed that all universities here require IB. And if they don't have IB, they have to take SAT test..
They don't mention anything about IGCSE/A-level..
So I was wondering if there is any university here that accepts A-level?

No sweety. You're wrong. All universities accept any kind of a high school diploma (IB, American, Indian, A-levels,Swedish and so on).
