Transport fees & areas decided by Supreme education council

Hi friends. ..
My kid z studying here in a reputed Indian School. Recently we shifted our home which is 20 km away from the school. Before we we stayed nearly 25 km away from the school and we paid the lesser slab, now the school is asking to pay higher slab which is almost double to the lesser slab. The reason they are telling is it is ( both the rate and inside and outside doha location)decided by the Supreme Education Council and they are helpless.
I want to know whether it is true or not? If it is true, then why the schools in Wakra charges lesser (for outside doha) when compared to the school situated in Abu Hamour. On what criteria they are doing this?

There are only two fares for the transport. One inside doha and other outside doha. For outside doha they are charging almost double

'slab' stands for Slow Low And Bangin'. mainly used in the south for any car that is fully customized (ie. sound system, paint job, rims, engine, ect).

You still call it a reputed school ?
