Is Qatar a good place to study arabic and is affordable accomodation available?
I got interested in Qatar by watching Al Jazeera. I am looking for a country and city where I can study modern arabic and Islam. I would like to integrate in the society of the place of study. I am not a tourist. I travel only to learn and to widen my interlectual horizon. While I am not officially a muslim my lifestyle in always in accordance with the teachings of the Holy Coran. I am interested in cultural, scientific and religous domains. I believe that life is a very precious gift of God and that it is much to short to waste it in activities such as nightlife, drinking alcohol, womanizing, watching or reading fiction, daydreaming, meanigless chatter and aquiring wealth in disproportion with my needs.
