BIRLA PUBLIC SCHOOL HAS INCREASED THE SCHOOL AND BUS FEES.DUE YOU THINK ITS OK. LAST YEAR ALSO THEY SAID DUE TO INFLATION THEY ARE INCREASING THE FEES BY 10%.NOW AGAIN THEY ARE SAYING THE SAME.I WANT INDIANS WHOSE CHILDREN ARE STUDYING IN INDIAN SCHOOL TO GIVE THEIR COMMENTS ON THIS TOPIC.

I remember reading the principals comment in the Gulf Times in the beginning of the academic year(when other schools hiked their fees)

" We are not increasing fees this year"

Now they have tricked us all by incresing it during the second term so that it would be left unnoticed by all.

Already the fees is too high but the so called quality that they boast off is not found. Some teachers possess very poor English language skills. The pronunciation standards of Birlites are poor. There are very less activities, field trips etc. compared to the beginning years. The school facilities are just the same.

As for the Inflation rate, according to current statistics, inflation rate in Qatar has come down remarkably.Hence this fee hike is unreasonable, unjustifiable and should not be effected by the management. All parents please raise your protests.

The best option to shift your children to some other Indian School, where the fees structure is less compared to BPS and the coaching is excellent, if you go through the CBSE results, you will find better results in other Indian Schools than BPS. Please try it out.

why not remove from BPS and admit in another Indian schools which are very good in studies too as compared to BPS.

This is ridiculous. We parents are simply helpless in front of the school management. Every year they find some silly reasons to hike the fees. I think there should be some sort of “governing body” wherein parents will have some say, to look after their monkey business and have a control on them. They simply should not be allowed to do freelance business.
