Floating clouds and Ice mountains may reduce summer temperature

Qatar is a land of mild winter but baking summer, there is a challenge to the Qatar Foundation's scientists to create and put up floating clouds in the path of Sun during summer, that may reduce the temperature by 10 Celsius.

Similarly they need to experiment on shipping in floating mountain of ice (towing behind the ships) from the Arctic, that could be stationed on the Qatar shores in summer, that could generate cool air as well as fresh water, both of which are the most required items in the country.

Best way to reduce heat is by planting big trees instead of Lawns and bushes at road side

With the growth in shipping industry, the ice can be towed in and anchored on the shores without much cost.

If the Qatar foundation scientists could successfully experiment to float the clouds on the path of Sun, over the country, that could create enough shade to reduce the temperature by 10 degree.
