Hi,
I am applying for MBA at British university, and they ask me to send a certified photocopy of my BSc degree. This certification shall be made by either doctor, policeman or by lawyer.

Do you know a doctor who agrees to certify my degree photocopy?
I have checked 4 or 5, but they are afraid(!!) because it is not a common practice here in the country.

Its embassy work to attest it you need to visit your embassy and get it attested a doctor will never do that nor ministry of health here in Qatar.

Never heard of a doctor certifying before... Talk to your embassy, they should be able to help you.
