what are the procedure (explain in details) to change eductional certicficate into arabic (for work purpose) and how to authenticate from concern departments

what are the procedure (explain in details) to change eductional certicficate into arabic (for work purpose) and how to authenticate from concern departments

1.first, get it translated in arabic (qualified translator) they will put it on their letterhead and sign and stamp by their office as authorized translator.
2.second, take it to ministry of justice( they have the list of authorized translator) that certified it true and stamp it.
3.third, go to your embassy and authenticate it.
4.fourth, go to ministry of foreign affairs.
Please note that,some certificate needs to be certified/autheticated from their country before going through these process. check with your embassy first.

* go to your embassy and get it authenticated
* go to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in qatar and get it stamped
