why not replying???

hi, i just wana ask all the cambridge staff members..why you are not giving positve response to parents, if they ask you any querry through student's diary? moreover you dont allow male parent to enter your administration? no parents teachers meeting since the start of the session? can anyone answer me?what to do...plz help me as i am one of the worried parents whose kid is in cambridge??i request other parents too if they face the same experience...plz share..regards
