Ive just come back to Qatar from Australia, i have completed grade 12 from here in Qatar, and done a bunch of courses diplomas in mechanical engineering and CAD from Central Tafe and half a accounting degree from Curtin university (Bentley Perth WA) whats the best place for me the finish off my degree? and what are their requirements/ can i get RPL (recognition of prior learning)

There's only 2 programs for BS M.E. that I'm aware of. Most competitive program is Texas A&M-Qatar. Qatar-University is the other program. You will have to speak to an admissions advisor to see what transfers in from Australia. All universities will look at your prior university work on a case by case basis.
