admission procedures

hai ,

we are moving from kuwait to qatar by june.will somebody please help me on certain topics.

1)how long will it take for my husband to get me and my son into qatar?

2)during admission for LKG,is there anything called HEALTH CARD required to be submitted with the admission form.

here in kuwait we have to get a health card from the area clinic.there they r giving injections to children.like MMR,BCG etc which has already been given in india.the nurses are not even looking at the injection card of the child.
3)is there any day care facilities for school going children there?how much is it?which is the best?
