Which PS3 should I buy? (Hard drive size)

I plan to buy a (new) PS3 but am confused about the different versions. I need a PAL version suitable for use with Qatar/UK power supply (220?) - but how do I decide which harddrive size to buy - 40,60, 80 or 120 GB?

What are the pros and cons of each?
