Go to the Italian Job at the old Ramada Hotel. Great food reasonable prices, cheap wine.

The Veranda at the Sheraton is really nice especially when the weather is cooler you can sit outside in the garden area.

Spaghetto in Al Saad behind Royal Plaza is great, good food, run by an Italian family. Really authentic.

1/ PORCINI Ritz : Excellent but expensive and not very trendy atmosphere (dark)

2/ LO SPAGHETTO : Very good (fresh pasta and pizza), nice to go to a restaurant that is not inside an hotel even if the decoration is very basic (and therefore no alcohol), lot's of Italians, little pricey (around 200 QR for 2), better to book before.
