well,thanks for replying,but the problem is i got it from hipermarket and even the the agency,does not have such spare parts,they are strange and advice us to bring from dubai or somewhere else.its just a paper bag and not available in qatar.also except some well known brands i advice to the ppl not to get such household items since the parts not exist in the country.They are expert only on sale the machine itselfs.the tragic site of the story that its my second vacumm cleaner and both brand not found. :p
