Try Fish Market in Intercon which I think is one of the best. Try also the buffet in Marriot which is also good. I heard recently that the rooftop restaurant in Lacigale is also having nice sea food buffet but I did not try there.
THE BEST SEAFOOD RESTAURANT I SAW IN DOHA IS AL HUBARA RESTAURANT IN SHERATON DOHA.ITS WEEKLY TWICE, WENESDAY & THURSDAY.ITS ALL FRESH, NICE ATMOSPHERE ALSO THERE.I THINK STARTS FROM 7PM TO 11 PM NOT SURE THE TIMING.ENJOY YOU DINNER IN AL HUBARA. ALSO DRINKS NOT INCLUDED. THE PRICE IS 220QR PER PERSON.
Deplomatic club,there's special seafood resturant there and it's really delecious,i advice you to go and try it,you will love it.
Also flamingo outdoor cafe' resturant in Ritz Carelton it's really nice view and you will love it too
