Dont know the reason but just sharing my experience....it didn't work for me when I tried to avail 70 Free Minutes on my Postpaid SIM.....lost my 1000 Najoom Points for that.

Which category gift are u trying to redeem...

I too had similar experience while trying to redeem CINE CENTRE Tickets...

I was browsing it first in FIREFOX when it didn't popup..

Tried in Internet Explorer and it works fine...
