,,,it consists of diced cucumber, tomatoes, white onions and something that tastes like lemon juice.. they usually serve it as a side salad when you buy food at Shatter Abas or most local restaurants here in Doha.

Can anyone tell me what it;s called, and if you have the recipe. thanks so much in advance :)

I think you mean tabbouleh. Yes..its very good and healthy. Takes a lotta chopping though so I'd prefer to buy mine! Anyways there are many recipes for this dish online. I like this site :http://allrecipes.com//Recipe/tabbouleh-iii/Detail.aspx
