It is a courier. Just like DHL and FedEx.

Aramex is basically a courier company. Stands for Arab-American express.

If this question is related to your previous post on books, its just that you can arrange for pick and deliver to you your online purchases. Personally I cannot imagine in the world how it could be cheaper than buying from Amazon.
