This is a bit explanation of my question before. Me and my wife were in front seats in my car and back seat, one of my friend. My car is a private car. there is a fine QR3000 telling using as private taxi. Police didnt ask my or check anything. The most interesting thing is, the location they mentioned on that day, I didnt go. I was far away from that area. Traffic dep. dont speak english. So no way to explain and they dont care Asians. Anyone can clarify this matter to me?
Arab speaking guys are been given good english speaking learnning courses by the Qatar government.
Please just visit madina khalifa police with some arab speaking guy, you will get explanation and you may get better explanation.
First thing i would ask from you is did you pick up your friend on your way on the road? If not,any way you should should go immideadly to the Traffic Police at Madina Kaliffa and meet the Traffic Department Chief officer in charge and disscuss this matter,you might get a favourable response.
