How difficult is it to get snorkeling equipment with a good advice in Doha? Is there a diving shop or a well stocked sports shop or should I rather buy it in Europe before coming over?

For QR 1150, we got the Snorkel, Fins, Goggles & Shoes all branded...
Thats like 220 euro's... alot more expensive...
Thanks for your answer. Not sure how much cheaper, if at all it will be here. And of course there's also the additional luggage. I only checked a big outdoor/spots shop and now know that I'd have a set of fine goggles, fins and snorkel for about 60 Euro. If everything fits well is a different question though. I guess we'll try in Qatar. Can you give us a price indication?
You can get here... we got our's here and all was great.
There is a place on Al Nasr Street, that also do the Padi Courses, and another in Al Sadd...
They give Info when asked and were friendly and helpful to us.
But maybe its cheaper back in Europe...
