say no to MASHREQ BANK

Luckily today i get rid of this bank ... this is not a bank like third world govt organization ... really i prayed a thank of god to get rid of this ...If i say a bank without root it is mashreq bank .. employees like selling tomatoos & dealing with the customer in same manner ... i donot think so they have even top managment to manage... it was my bad luck i got a master card from them all i can say trapped if this word will be the worst to circle some one attention. i got no alert nothing on annual fee when i went at the end to cancel i called the call center they told "SAIR, YOU DHONATH HAVE THO PAY ANYTHING ONLY 50 RIYAL" ... i went to fruit market ohhh sorry mashreq bank to pay the amount and cancel the card some one at down told me to go up and the person upstairs told me to go down and i survived there one hour and after one hour they told me come tomorrow... can you believe this at the end when i reached my office they told me come within one hour else we are going to charge you some extra amount ... when i went back to them after all this traffic they told me when did you give your application "SAIR" i told i came before an hour and some one called me to cancel the full process i have to come back to the bank else they are going to charge me extra, can you believe front of me he told the cashier what should we do with him if the branch is closed after thirty minutes they are going to charge him extra money and the cashier said in arabic "this is his issue" come on see the professionalism they are talking about ... really pissed but tried to ignore as i donot understand arabic.

All i can say not even to buy nothing from them i have a serious comment to the top management , kindly monitor the branches else this bank is going to give nothing except BAD COMMENTS WE PEOPLE
