Samsung Netbook no international warranty ?
I had bought a samsung netbook from Lulu . The sales man said the invoice serves as a warranty too. The netbook was a gift to someone in India.
Within seven months of purchase the screen became defective. Now the dealer in India (Goa ) refuses service saying there should be a printed warranty sticker on the net book or the seller should have issued a warranty card.
Can someone from Samsung help us understand if there is international warranty for their products, and how to get service ?
