Please be careful when you buying QFM flour products. Those having worms. I brought 2kg packet from al meera recently. Date was very new and one year to be expire. I thought to share this among the QL community.
Larvae are undetectable in the flour. As soon as you get oxygen in, the larvae hatch. They can survive for years before hatching. This is happening to my pancake mix, and beans. They enter during manufacturing/harvesting. They are harmless and can be removed using cold water and a sieve.
