maybe you are refering to the new mall next to the new Lulu.
there is a huge project going on now on a very big lot of land.
I am blessed to living in that area. two minutes from Landmark, and three and a half minute from the new lulu and the future mall.LOL
I think today is September 1st, not April 1st. am I right? (please confirm me because I am checking again and again on my calender, watch and mobile to confirm that)
Dude,its not lulu, its a new mall which will open next year, New lulu already open.

@Question: Are you alright?! & u believed it?! ask the person for the source who told you. Yousif Ali will have to sell his clothes as well after he invest for 18kms mall in Qatar.
