If you want to be on low carb. You have to bake the bread at home. I would like to advise, try to get rid of breads, pasta, rice, etc. Get your carbs from vegetables and little bit fruits.

they have a great whole wheat and oatmeal bread selection
also i get my bread from family food, they have this great whole wheat bread with sesame seeds. give it a shot its healthier than white processed bread

Try Giant at Hyatt Plaza - not sure about bread - but they have a "healthy" section. Never really stopped to look at but it's there.

Also some of the stuff has no nutritional information whatsoever.
