Why the heck do they bother? I just wrote to them via their web feed back page:

My Q: Is it possible to 'daisy-chain' an additional external HDD to the XF-2 Portable Multi Media Player?

Their reply: In order to assist you better, kindly contact the dealer where you purchased this item.

How the heck would Jarir know any better than the original manufacturer!?!?!?!?

Balderick.. What you should have done is contact LG and said that you have bought a multi media player from Jarrir and it is not working. When the bloke came to your home then you should have asked him the question. Thats how it works here!
