He started to walk 4 month ago & nowadays he is walking like a DUCK! so i need to buy him a shoe which will make his walking straight & proper.

It's still better if you bring your son to an orthopedic doctor so that your son's case will be best assessed. Because if he is walking like a duck (like what you said), I think what he needs is a leg brace with a shoe.

Actually my relative is a doctor but he is not in qatar and i explained the situation to him and he advised me to purchase a medical shoes for the kid and he will be fine after some time.
in fact he explained that the shoe should have high edges so that the kid's leg will not tilt while he is walking. & that is exactly what i am looking for
