Going to Lulu on weekends can be disastrous especially if you have to pick up veggies, fish,etc when half the population of Doha can be found pushing for the best potato or tomato in the world.And the almost single salesman show runs in the fresh fish counter too.

It can be very peaceful if you go early in the morning after 8.30, when half of Doha is on the way to office or is catching up on sleep.Beat the system and have a nice shopping experience! I am planning to do it today...

for my tooth colgate mint is the best ever...

i'll look for "krack" the next time i go to the mall. i don't like glysolid much since it's still sticky even in the next morning.

as for my daily products, i love:

1. dettol soap. i feel so clean after taking a bath using it since it's an anti-bacterial one.

2. body shop raspberry lotion. i use this before i sleep and the scent sticks on my bed.

3. marks & spencer aloe vera hand & nail cream. used after handwashing.

Is sour cream, "Labneh"? Then I have seen Almarai and other brands of Labneh.....

In Lulu, on the footcare product shelf(I had to ask the security to avoid walking with my painful heels anyway) :)

You will find it in any supermarket, in a peach coloured box and will cost under 10 Riyals.All the best.....

dried prune grape juice, had bought last night at carrrefour landmark but it's berry juice will try if it's has a good taste. I look for high value of potassium on the juice co'z thats what i'm needed for & don't really often to eat bananas, prefer only juices....thanks again Dilly..

Do you mean prune juice and grape juice or prune/grape together? Lacnor brand has a lot of different juices, grape being one of them, don't know about prune. I know Carrefour carries that brand as well as Family food center. Good luck!

Does Almarai make sour cream? Every time I buy Nada sour cream it expires before I actually want to use it, I remember it having way more of a shelf life in the US. Does anyone know if you can find cottage cheese and what brand makes it?
