I have reload QR100 from Qtel machine at Royal Plaza Mall since October 20,2011 until now my money was not returned back to me. Almost everyday I'm calling Qtel 117 agent they said the case is close. How come the case is close whereas they did not return my money. Everyone that I talk to 117 they are saying that the technicians are off duty. Anybody can help or is this the style of Qtel to take money from the customers?

Its only a 100Qr dont worry about it,, you spend more time and money then its worth...
