Most ornaments are usually made from 21 carat gold. You may also find ornaments made in 22 carat gold but you may not find good designs in them. The most number of designs are in 18 carat gold ornaments. There are many reputed gold ornament shops in the Gold Market. This is adjacent to the Karwa Bus Station. You need to just look around to find something of your choice. The prices of gold are almost the same in each shop but you may be able to get some discount if you talk to the shop people after you have selected the items.
I meant the specialists expect the gold prices will increase before Eid Al-Fitr.
I do not know about the prices inside the shop in LuLu Hypermarket.
There are 14 carat, 18 carat, 23 carat, 22 carat, & 24 carat gold. The 24 is the most expensive. I think inside LuLu Al-Mattar there is a shop of Hindi gold.
They say it is getting expensive now. Maybe after Eid Al-Fitr you cn buy one.
Small ring of 22 kerat could cost more than QAR 500 in normal days maybe.
