The cheapest in the market can do what the most expensive one can do, that is assuming the following are the usual things you will do with either one:Surf the net (thru wifi/ ethernet)- FB, QL, e-mail, Twitter, chat, , YouTube, TV/Video and Audio stream, download movie, games and audsio files, torrent, net phone..Type, edit, save, print, email using Office Applications - MS Offcie-word, excel, power point, outlook.(generally included as a trial or you install/buy the appliaction after the trial period.Watch/listen any video\audio files provided you install or have corresponding media player applications other than what is included.Play most PC games.The best is simply relative to the user :-)
