H & Mdis-appointing shop
Im really dis-appointed at H& M shop landmark..I reserved clothes for my baby boy and promise to purchased it today, so when i get to that shop to pay it they already removed it from the reserved cabinet and put it back to the selling area which is not overdue from my reserved date with-out informing me since they ask my name and number when I reserved it..
If u had paid some advance or say a token amount and taken a receipt you had a case, based on verbal understanding I think you don't have a case as the person can always deny having agreed to anything of that sort IMO.

If they promised to hold it for you up to a certain date and broke that promise, then they are at fault.
Contact H&M head office and complain.

Im not expecting you to do anything, im not expecting you either to go there and fight in my behalf, I dont need you sympathy. Im just sharing myexperiece. this is what theres a site to express , right..

yeah I do understand that, If the customer didint come after the date. but they ask me the date when I will purchased it, I told them today, so iwent the same day i reserved it, unfortunately its gone,

I reserved that for my baby birthday and thats the last piece of her size..That means, in my mind that is already perfect outfit. I already settled my baby outfit, now my baby b-day is closed so i have to choose again. seems like the staff doesnt care about customer feeling and excitement while picking those stuff..
I suppose they are a business and if every customer did the same they'd never sell anything!!I've never heard of a shop reserving things if they're not paid for!!
What do you expect us to do about it? or are you posting for sympathy?
