KEEP IT FRIDGE IN PLASTIC BAG. STEAM IT ON GAS CHOOLHA. IT WILL BECOME VERY VERY SOFT EVEN AFTER ONE OR TWO WEEK. BUT THERE ARE DIFFERENT TYPES OF BREADS AVAILABLE IN THE MARKET. I TAKE FROM FRESH BAKRIES AND I KEEP IT IN FRIDGE FOR ABOUT 10 DAYS. NO PROBLEM AT ALL. DO THIS AND USE YOUR MIND ALWAYS IN HOUSEHOLD WORK. THANKS

my grand ma used to put a lettuce leaf inside the bag when storing it in the fridge to keep it moist - does the trick every time.

another trick would be to put it in a ziplock bag and microwave for few seconds.

instead of ziplock i sometimes put it in a plate and cover with with a plastic film wrap.

Yess. It is always better to freeze it. It retains its moisture.

Keep it in the freezer and then take out what you need, heat in oven for a few seconds and it will be like fresh.
