Can anybody tell me where I can get 1st quality edible dates here in Qatar?We used to have a souq dedicated entirely to dates back in Dubai and Abu dhabi.I'm yet to find out such a place here......the dates we get in the supermarkets are just okies of sorts....

i wuz looking for top quality stuff from saudi,etc.

I think good quality dates are sold near the Vegetable market on Salwa Road. If you go there ask someone to show you the souq selling dates.

I have seen quality dates in all Al Meera store from saudi
