Good Auto Service Center in Al Kohr or Doha?

I'm looking for a quality auto service center to take a vehicle that doesn't charge and arm and a leg (i.e. try to rip you off) for doing simple things. The Honda dealership in Al-Kohr was trying to charge me 180 riyals just to do an oil change; that is just ridiculous. I don't understand why people still think they have to take their cars to dealerships to get service done.

If anyone can recommend a good service center in (preferably) Al Kohr or Doha, I would really appreciate it.
