Forever Florist Qatar - Stay away from they and their nasty scams !!

It's been 2 months already, I'm calm now, so what I'm going to write is my opinion and belife.

I had an order placed to Forever Florist Qatar on August 3, 2020 with delivery to the next day on August 4. First problem I had, was a long delivery delay. I'm sending a message to ask him what's going on :

“Hello ! Hey, what is happening with my Order No. 1003524 ? It was supposed to arrive before 1 o'clock PM and... We are not talking to a half hour or 1 hour delay, we are talking now to 5 hours over the maximum time limit promised ! Do you think that's okay ? I do not !” I can understand a short delay, but now we're talking about a very, very long delay.” You can't keep a person stuck in the house because of your stupid delivery structures, especially if it's this person birthday !

They send me reply to this, next day on Aug 5 at 2:59 AM - "The order was delivered to recipient". What ? He delivered my order next day to 2,59 AM ?? LOL :))) Good communication between seller and buyer !

Ok, this is my first discontent. Second problem : My order to Forever Florist Qatar was a "Blooming Beautiful - Roses Orchids" flower basket (in a lovely white wicker basket) - $ 90, and a "Too Good To Be True" cake (with belgian chocolate combined with fresh strawberries) - $ 82. But what reached to the recipient was entirely something else. And I'm sorry I can't upload pictures to see that.

They say in the description on the site that the flowers will be "Presented in a white wicker basket, perfect for birthdays". No way ! The flower basket was so small, ugly, look cheap, have a nasty bow, and far far away from what I ordered. And the cake ... The cake looks good but it has no good taste, just taste of margarine - ordinary margarine... Because butter is expensive right ? So speaking to the taste (not to price), the cake it was also cheap too. They ruined a beautiful surprise, and for that I can only tell shame and again shame on they !

Conclusion ? It was the first and the last time I placed an order to them, and this is my worst experience ever to online order, especially because it was an special order for a special day. I usually good inform myself before placing an online order from any site, but now I'm clearly wrong. A lot of satisfied people on their site praise him, but in my opinion there are fake and not a real comments.

So, long short story - I post here my unhappy incident to inform other people to the practices used by Forever Florist Qatar, so beware to stay away from they and their nasty scams.
