Dual sim card simore chip for nokia

does any body know where can find dual sim card simore that which you can use it with nokia mobile to fix two sim card in the same mobile in doha?
for the guys whom does not know this chip its small stanles steel chip you can put two sim card on it and fix it in any nokia mobile so you can talk from the same nokia mobile throw two diffrent number this chip its available only in some countries like Philippines put i did not find it in doha please if any one know where can i find this chip please just mail me and this is link for vidio for this chip
