yes, there is restriction
you can drink alcohol only at those hotels
u cannot expect pubs here, neither you cannot purchase it is from local market
but as per the salary and profession you have , the govt gives you permit from the Govt apporved store. You apply for this permit thru your PRO in the company where you work
go to your country to drink "ALCOOL" .Here in doha u get only alcohol
