Carrefour Charge you as advertised or more?
By Bluemountain •
Have you every check the price you support to say and actual you paid?
Basically most of us didn't do. Today I bought one item that was advertised as QR 10/-. After I was in my house and check for the price and they charged me at QAR 11/-.
I know one QAR is nothing for me but this is not a right way for big supermarket to do.
I don't know how many of US were happen in the past and we have to start looking in future.
Well, it has happened to me a couple of times. But take an example. I bought a PS2 dock which costed 1546 QR. but in the bill they charged me 2546 QR. I went back to the customer service and told them the case, they didn't know what to do, so they called the cashier who made the transaction and the manager. When the manager saw the bill and the price of the product, he told the cashier to return all the money back to me including the original 1546 QR. I got my dock for free!!! That's the joy. Don't be afraid of them dude. They have to run their business in every illegal way they can.
Hi these things happen very often in local hyper/super markets in here these days. The counter price is different from the tag price or items without tags. Most of us had gone through the same issue.
I had couple of similar experience, These days you don’t find price tags on product, if you ask for assistance the rep otters a price & when you I went to pay the price is totally different. When I inquire about it, the cashier explains me saying the bar code is different & the rep made a mistake.
happens most of the time..if you ask them they come up with stupid excuses such as wrong labeling.
