No dear it is not the same area Al Esmakh Street is near to the Doha Petrol Station.

Go to Al Esmakh Street there are quite a few shops doing fitted carpets there, they will come and measure and lay it for you too. Also the make made to measusre curtains and do upholstering.

Go to any carpet shops which are all over Doha .... Just select the carpet and they will do the rest.
