Can I buy a Double/Upright Bass in Qatar?

Hi, I'm moving to Doha in August and I play double/upright bass. I'm wondering whether I can purchase a double bass when I arrive rather that freight my one from the UK as I know it will cost a lot to get a flight case for it and have it shipped. I'm hoping that I can sell mine here in the UK and use the money to go towards a new one in Doha.

Any help would be very much appreciated!
