BVLGARI/BULGARI QATAR - BAD EXPERIENCE
I bought the B.ZERO1 1-band ring in 18kt white gold from Bulgari in Villagio, Qatar. I am DISSAPPOINTED! after two weeks yellow blotches appeared on the edges of the ring! And I made sure to take extra care of it and take it off when exposed to water. So i went back to the store yesterday and the sales ppl didnt take even look at the ring! They just said oh there is no such thing called white gold ofcourse its gonna become yellow after time..etc. I am not stupid! I know white gold will eventually turn yellow just not after TWO WEEKS!!! My previous ring was a $100 white gold wedding band that lasted a whole year before yellowing! When i said this the sales ppl were like well here your buying the name and prestige of bulgari SO BULGARI HAS NO QUALITY?!?! So I wanted to exchange with the yellow gold but they have a one week policy, I wanted my $1370 back but nooo they suggest to POLISH it?! SHAME ON YOU BULGARI!
Me experience with Bulgari it wasnt so bad as you...
You have to complaint as much as you can...
Guys can u tell me .. where i can find bulgari atore in Doha othet than villagio ????
Also, for 1300 QR one does not get real white or yellow Gold at Bulgari. This was costume jewelry.
They all mixed with common elements like zync, copper etc., i think its vary in every person how acidic his/her sweat is or how does the body chemical react with the white gold.
as I hate yellow gold, I wear exclusively white gold..and it never turns yellow.. I think it depends on what originally yellow gold was mixed with.
gufi - did you check the bill? what does it say?
Guys there is no such thing as pure white gold or solid Gold is Gold represented by the color itself, the white is chemically mixed to make the Gold into white gold and there is no secret about it.
the sucks i bought one for my fiancee as surprise and size wasn't correct and they refused to change it for bigger size although it was new not used just 3 weeks after i bough it
White gold does not turn yellow. That is rubbish. Service you described does not at all sound like a Bulgari store.
In my teens I used to read the adventures of "The white gold wielder". It doesn't have the same ring if its "The Alloy including palladium wielder" ;o(
I know LP,but it was easier that way.
White gold is not 'solid', nomerci. It is an alloy either with nickel, palladium, silver, or platinum.
If it is solid white gold, not plated, it will not turn yellow. If it is plated, it will.
complaint it to the higher authority. Qatar customer Care. I'm sure they can help you. and take your money back.
much better to report that very costly price after very low quality haizt....
Gold is the least reactive chemical element known. It should not change its properties at all if it's real!
i got my white gold dip in gold souq for 40 riyals and will last even a year before the yellow will show up on the edge.. considering myself is easy to get sweat. you must complain this to the higher authority.
since when? I have a 3 gold russian wedding band... about 15 years old... and the Rose, White and Yellow bands are all still exactly the same colours as when I bought them...
Sorry, but you take it off when you put your hands into water? and it cost you $1300.... for that price, I would never take it off, whatd be the point.
I suggest you contact Bulgari directly and complain. I doubt they will be happy to hear these complaints.
I guess you summed up Customer Care in Qatar.
