The taste is good for sure. but if you check the sodium, sugar, and calorie contents of its foods, man they are one of the highest hitters. no kidding. but if ur just plainly concern about taste, well, go for it.
but really.. how come, you have been in qatar for 8 years! and you ask about the restaurants??? 'specially considering your income of 300K-400K a year... so where have did you have your dinners for all these 8 years??
...you sound more and more weird to me.. and you make less and less sense...

I went to mourjan on the corniche with my husband. It has a nice atmosphere but was a little quiet. He had a mixed grill kebab but it didn't taste like anything special. I had some mezze and it was okay. Nothing spectacular.
The ambiance was nice though. And we both tried shisha for the first time and that was lovely.
if you like turkish, go to turkey central restaurant in al nasser.. thai: thai chi in villagio.. (not so authentic though).. if you like japanese sushi, try the ones in front of jarir bookstore! very good and not so expensive.. i would love to tell you more but i'm in a hurry..
