The only place in Doha that I know of where you can find home-made style cookies is Mrs. Fields, in the Food Court at City Center. They're known for their chocolate chip but also have other varieties. I also like the oatmeal raisin. Try to get them when they're fresh from the oven. Mmmmmm....
I still go for Chips ahoy. It's a grocery product. I tried eating cookies from local bakeries, but i had no luck finding a delightful one.
