Remove the battery from your phone and take it to Carreffour in Villaggio. First show it to the people at Customer Services and tell them you are looking for that type of battery. They may allow you to take it inside to the section where batteries are kept or they may call one of their representatives to help you out. Alternatively, all batteries have a number. You may note it down, the brand of your handset and its model number, and check at Carrefour or other outlets.
