Are chickens being slaughtered correctly?

When ever we buy any frozen or pre-packed chicken from any grocery store, we find blood in their bones and flesh; even broken legs as well.

We all know that why we have a specific way of slaughtering animals, i.e. so that their all blood should be drained out properly otherwise animal blood is not good for human's health.

Now we buy from Chicken shop where they slaughter chickens in front of you so now I can make sure that they are giving enough time to drain out all blood. Since we are buying from there, we do not find any blood in their bones nor flesh.

Now there is question, are chickens, or any other halal animals being slaughtered in a proper way? Is there any department that is monitoring this stuff. Remember, reciting verses while slaughtering doesn't complete the formality of Islamic way of slaughtering of animals.

I checked Al-Waha Chicken as well but unfortunately found blood again...

I don't how the consignment is being witnessed but if industrial way is the correct one, why don't I find blood in the chicken that I buy from live slaughter shops?

It's a brandname and you can find it in Carrefour,Lulu and Giant stores. The chicken are slaughtered locally and they expire only within 5 days.

These frozen chicken in supermarkets are not healthy. The blood of the chicken is still there and it tastes bad. I usually buy from "Al waha" chicken which is available in most markets.

They have short necks, and it is too narrow for the amount of blood needed for sustaining the brain in to be transported in small vessels like capillaries.

They couldn't be slaughtered, but just chopped off.....

Well our blood is not made by eating or drinking blood ... It is its own function... If anyone is anemic, he is sick.. He/she should go to doctor immediately :)

The modern way of Industrial slaughter means that most chicken are dead before their throats are cut. The chicken are hang on a line and dipped in electrocuted water and then their throats are slit.

No Chickens are not slaughtered propperly .

They suffocate them by covering their mouth with their own mouth like the way we do CPR....:)and later by stamping their feets....:(

Who says that drinking blood is good for human? However, there are two types, blood of human and all warm-blooded animals, and cold-blooded animals like Fish.

Anyways, read this

http://www.themodernreligion.com/misc/an/an_slaughter.htm

I am not discussing anything religiously ... It's all about healthy food ....

Do not read in this way that they have discussed something religiously .. Just think as neutral and in a scientific way...
