Mme Sonali has responded to a post about somebody enquiring about gujarati food..I wish she would have responded in the same way here. Its not a crime to request for food from ones region...Grow up Sonali!!!..we cant live by ur words alone..ursuggestions are most welcome..but keep it simple short and sweet...if u dont know pl dont get into regional bashing...

hala...

i am sure he doesn’t have a problem telling that he is an Indian but he can’t ask anyone that where he could get Indian food when he like the taste of south indian dishes ..

and you don’t need to show any patriotism when you talk about ur fav food .. hehe :) ...

so once again .. if you know the answer, just say it or just pass the questions to people who know about. why to argue ??

Hi guys, Why do someone fight here for nothing. That guy asked a question. You may answer if you know the answer or you may it. Nobody should insist on someone for something. It is up to each individual to decide what he should and where he should eat. You may suggest something but there is no need of discussing whether he is an Indian, Arabic, European or Keralite or North Indian. He might be interested to have keralite food because he likes it. It is not necessary that everyone should like keralite food. There are dabbavalas here in Qatar now a days who are ready to do home delivery of home made food but I think it is not for a single person. There should be a minimum order they require for delivering it.

For the information of Sonia: Shalimar is not serving only Keralite cuisine. They have very good North Indian and South Indian Recipes and Aryas, even though they are from the South Indian Restaurant chain they do have very nice North Indian dishes.

ms sonali, actually what wrong u feel on that question,he asked a keralite veg dinner, then what u means he should ask indian veg.4 ur knowledge in keralite food we r using more spicy,if u taste it ur ......got will fire.we have some south indian special dishes other than the daal curry(only it give a sound from ur.....)remove ur mask of natioality.in this question i dont think he should show his patriotism.we also be proud to be an indian.do u know who is our defence minister.and u told about laziness of the guy ,u give example of ur hubby.i shame on u.y he go one year for hotel food.y he could not try to make dishes on his own kitchen.for that he should wake half an hour before.that is not laziness, before u leaving him u did not get the time to teach something ,that is not laziness..go to .......,vandey mataram, say loudly uuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu..........

Nachu, i said the answer that i had been to SHALIMAAR n ARYAS (typical south indian hotels)and didn't like the food coz i m not into DOSA IDLIS much...

Why shld i be having pblm with that?? I just didn't like the way he addressed himself as KERALITE...Does it mean that he will never go to ALISHAN or MAZZA which have less options for AUTHENTIC KERALITE DISHES??? I m afraid, then he has to starve...hahahhahahaa

All these keralites address themselves as Malayali's. First question they ask by seeing an indian is that Are you a malayali?. They never mention themselves as Indians.

Buddy, y did u mention at first place that u r a KERALITE?? Was it a pblm for u to say that u r AN INDIAN?? Man, its not INDIA or say UR KERALA that somebody will provide u food at home like in TIFFINS..U know, In mumbai we call these people DABBAWALAS who work hard to provide TIFFINS to the office goers..I hope u must have heard about this.

Now coming to ur question, Do u have ne pblm to go ne hotel for ur food personally???? It can only be possible if u r staying somewhere near ne hotel and u have a verbal agreement with them of this sort..But i m sure therez nothing like this in QATAR..Even my hubby stayed in QATAR without me for say 1yr, but he used to go hotel for his meal..

R u lazy or what???
