Those are cheap shops, if you want something really good, you need to go the Royal plaza or Landmark. That's where you can find Designer abayas. Although I think your budget is at the bottom end for those places.
you can try at new world centre and a new shopping mall at old airport near to rawnaq
I believe that 1000QR is a great budget. You can get an abaya will all your specifications on that budget.
Best place to buy classic abayas is Muntaza ..
From Jaidah fly-over, enter into B-ring road .. after around 200 meters .. there's a small signal .. take right at this signal .. go straight .. there's a roundabout .. go straight .. after roundabout there are several shops of abayas. (if u take right at this roundabout you will reach to Muntaza Health centre)

What is your budget? At Thursday and Friday market, they can make it however fancy you want as long as you are willing to pay. It's near Al Maamoura roundabout.

they got huge selection of abayas they are open now if you would like to go
I just bought one at Thursday and Friday Market! There are only a few stores but lots of selection. I hope you can find a nice one:)Good luck.
