Hi All,

I have a 1month old baby in India, I want to apply for her passport in India, I heard that I have to get the NOC from indian embassy to apply for her passport, if yes please suggest me what is the procedure for getting NOC from embassy.

You need sworn affidavit certificate for child passport from Indian embassy in Qatar.

Sworn Affidavit for child's passport who is residing in India.

Prescribed form with passport copy of Father/Mother + Photocopy of the birth certificate of child, QID Copy & Visa copy
