Hi Guys,

I would like to ask you guys if somebody here had experience getting a yellow sticker for illegal parking? Do I get black points for this? I checked it online but there was no remarks on the black points (pls. see attached)

Also, can the fine be settled by presenting only an istimara without giving any information of driving license to make sure that no black points will be mark on the license?

Please see the attached picture for your reference and information.
