Where can I get a copy of the Middle East Sat Nav DVD for a VW Touareg?

I have seen a nice Touareg for sale with Sat Nav but the owner has lost the DVD for Qatar. Does anybody have one for sale or know where I could get one? The car is a 2005 model, I'm not sure if that makes a difference.
